We used Dr. Garcia for the birth of our firstborn. I’ll give her credit—she definitely knows how to connect with raza, and her sense of humor made us feel comfortable and welcome. A freanly Dr to trust
It was very difficult for me to give only 2 stars. I truly love Dr. Garcia, both as a person and as a doctor. She deserves 5 stars because she is awesome. However, the new AI phone system is terrible. There is no way to speak with a real person, no one returns your calls, and there is little to no follow-up. This is especially frustrating when you need answers to important questions. Dr. Garcia definitely deserves a better front-line support system.
I was supposed to confirm an appointment, but just simply forgot to. I received a cancellation notice, I immediately called the office and the receptionist said all she could do was reschedule. I told her I work at 6 schools and simply forgot to confirm, but that I would be there, she continued to say that the system automatically cancels if you do not confirm. Dr Garcia is phenomenal. I would truly give her individually 5 stars, however I wish I could rate her receptionist separately because she deserves half a star. I've been put on hold for more than 20 minutes more than once. I have a neurological disorder that is causing me to have a rather difficult pregnancy and was told I'd be referred to an MFM over a month ago.
