Reception told me Dr. Garcia wasn't taking any new patients and I would have to make an appointment 3 months out. I made the appointment, but 1 week before I was going to be seen, the receptionist calls me and tells me the doctor is going on a medical leave and I would have to make another appointment 3 months out AGAIN. I had no more birth control and explained this but receptionist did not care & said they don't give prescriptions for new patients even if you had an appointment scheduled. The front office is always rude and useless every time I call. Don’t come here
She listens when other gynecologist haven't. She is so kind welcoming office is clean staff friendly and waiting room is comfortable atmosphere. I had an emergency visit and was seen same day.
