Receptionist not very friendly customer service is really not up her lane let alone multi tasking called and few times aside from the unwelcome attitude was left on hold for over 8 minutes... and its barely 9:25 am 🤦♀️
Had my first appt here and had high hopes as so many of my friends rave about Dr. Garcia. The front office staff was kind and friendly. The medical assistant was kind and friendly as well but then instead of seeing the doctor, I get stuck seeing the PA who came off absolutely rude and judgemental. No compassion in her even given my history. Seemed to assume things about my health and didn't seem to believe anything I told her. Kept questioning me. Not sure I will be back even if I was guaranteed to only see Dr. Garcia.
I had my first appointment with Dr. Garcia today, and she was phenomenal! Her bedside manner and down to earth personality made me feel very comfortable. She was very thorough and took the time to answer my questions. Would highly recommend.
