Extremely slow service. Entered at 10am for an annual appt, left at 1pm. Save your time and make an appointment elsewhere.
I gave it 2 stars because it’s a nice facility. Dr. Castiblanco is a very rude woman and does not know how to talk to people and does not have any sympathy unless you report her, even at the Bronx location. Go anywhere else but Montefiore.
The absolute worst. I took off of work to waste the entire morning on an appointment that was confirmed the day before to be canceled once I arrived at the office. There staff had absolutely no remorse. People are struggling financially and there is just a lot going on these days I’m general. I felt so helpless and defeated. As I didn’t have the means to waste. This shouldn’t have happened. Will never come here again. So unprofessional.
