We have used multiple pool supply stores through the years and Claudette's has got our business permanently! They are so friendly and thoughtful, the customer service is just at a level you don't see often these days! Great location with ample parking, the store is so clean and stocked with decent prices and very through water analysis. 5 Stars, highly recommend
I won't even recommend calling them. I called them yesterday to schedule a service can, they said will get back to you soon. After 24 hours, i FOLLOWED UP if they can come in and they committed between 4-6 in the evening. And nobody showed up, not even a single call that they are running late or couldn't make it. The fancy thing is that, they asked for my credit card detail upfront so they can charge me.
