I had an extremely disappointing experience with her. After expressing strong interest in an apartment and promptly sending all requested application materials, I was completely ignored no response to emails, texts, or calls. I later discovered through reliable sources that this agency has a pattern of reserving apartments for preferred applicants who offer under-the-table incentives. Claudette did a wonderful job in terms of helping me sell my condo. I felt she gave me good advice in terms of what price I should list the property. As time went on she was able to find a buyer for the condo. As the process of closing the deal was going on ,she was also veryhelpful until the deal closed.
