I first met Dr Flood when i was hospitalized and I have since decided to continue with him as my cardiologist. Love his manner and his professionalism!

The front desk graciously informed patients that the Doctor was behind schedule to provide an opportunity for them to reschedule. This is very good customer service. Once called, the process of preparing for the Doctor began and continued from the nures to the PA and finally the Doctor. Excellent service. I felt I was in very capable hands.
Dr. Flood is an excellent cardiologist with great care of every aspects of patient problems. With warm understanding, I can see his dedication to help us the patients. Thank you so much
