I had an extremely disappointing experience with Claude R. Boyd Funeral Home in Deer Park, particularly because of the way I was treated by Kirk Thompson, he was terrible and should not work with the public at all. My grandmother is very ill so I decided to go around and research some funeral homes in her area. I was sitting in there parking lot for about 15 minutes on there website just before going in to speak to someone. A tall, rude man named Kirk came outside and told me I was on private property and needed to leave immediately. I was about to go inside and get more information from them but he was so rude I completely took them off my list for any arrangements. Our family has trusted Boyd-Caratozzolo Funeral Home for both of my grandparents, and most recently my mom. As heartbreaking as it is to have needed them again, I truly can’t imagine going through these losses with anyone else. Everyone there was so kind, compassionate, and helpful every step of the way.
