Much too expensive for the quality actually offered. The stylist was sloppy with his appointment calendar, he was openly critical of other stylists, and he ruined my shirts on more than one occasion by being careless with the color application. The cut was adequate but the color faded within the first week.
I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. When I arrived, one of the first things Nagi asked was how long ago I had gotten a haircut. I told him it had been six months, and he immediately said I would need to cut significantly more than my standard trim. I made it very clear that I only wanted to trim what was necessary, as I loved my long, natural, curly hair that reached my waist. Today was the 4th time I got a haircut and blowout at Claude Michel. I saw Patrick today for the first time. He did such a wonderful job with my cut and blowout, and I'm very happy with the results. Super nice and great customer service as well. I'll definitely be going back and booking with him. :). Thanks, Patrick!
