I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. When I arrived, one of the first things Nagi asked was how long ago I had gotten a haircut. I told him it had been six months, and he immediately said I would need to cut significantly more than my standard trim. I made it very clear that I only wanted to trim what was necessary, as I loved my long, natural, curly hair that reached my waist. Today was the 4th time I got a haircut and blowout at Claude Michel. I saw Patrick today for the first time. He did such a wonderful job with my cut and blowout, and I'm very happy with the results. I got the double process root touchup from Patrick. He was not only kind and nice but also professional. I was worried about breakage because my damaged hair. He took care of my hair very gently, so there was no breakage. I am really satisfied with the result. I love the tone he chose for me as well. He’s the best. I can’t recommend him enough.
I got the best haircut in years with Jessica . She asked a lot of questions, listen and explained me what was her opinion about how I should take care of my hair. She created beautiful layers and framed my face mainting my very long hair. She gave me a lot of tips how to care for my hair in a easy way. The salon is beautiful and everyone is very welcoming.
