Claude Michael is the rare salon that actually lives up to its reputation. The team is talented, the environment is calm, and nobody there is trying too hard. They’re thoughtful, technically excellent, and very good at subtle changes that make a bigger difference than dramatic ones. My hair consistently looks better, grows out better, and takes less effort after every appointment. Easily one of the best salons in the area.

Much too expensive for the quality actually offered. The stylist was sloppy with his appointment calendar, he was openly critical of other stylists, and he ruined my shirts on more than one occasion by being careless with the color application. The cut was adequate but the color faded within the first week.

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. When I arrived, one of the first things Nagi asked was how long ago I had gotten a haircut. I told him it had been six months, and he immediately said I would need to cut significantly more than my standard trim. I made it very clear that I only wanted to trim what was necessary, as I loved my long, natural, curly hair that reached my waist.
