RecommendedI had Claude Brown’s out in May to clean our carpets and steps in the basement after a remodel and it was all great. Last night my lab decided (after eating an entire box of Costco treats) to have an accident in the basement. It all cleaned up well, it was one spot, but it freaked me out so I had to have Claude’s come in for a spot clean. Nick, our technician, was such a sweetie! Since our cleaning was recent he did it for free and had an amazing attitude! I will recommend over and over!

Kevin assessed the damage while also helping with our HOI, and the mitigation started the next day. Will and Mike were very prompt and had great communication with me, while being very professional.
