The team here is incredible. Every single nurse and doctor provided excellent care AND a level of support that was so comforting. They were swamped and super busy with an influx of women going into labor and still provided the utmost level of care. That is a pretty rare situation in healthcare. On their worst day, they are absolutely impressive.
Daughter was just born over the weekend. Terrific staff but a few names stuck out the most, Charity & Emmy (RNs), Robin & Anne (Lactation Consultants), and Doctor Thomas were all amazing and went above and beyond their duties to ensure my wife and I were able to bring home our first baby! One major suggestion, PLEASE provide “Baby Sleeping” or “Keep Quiet” door tags for parents to add to the doors. There were numerous times where the staff would come in or out and wake the baby up. Terrible treatment of the mother's (giving birth)close relatives, family and friends not allowing near the room or no designated waiting area. Very bad. They don't let you live your excitement. They need to update their stupid restricting policies.
Horrible Hospital. Labor & Delivery Staff Are Lazy And Don’t Want To Work. Overnight Staff On Mother & Baby Side Is Outrageous All They Want To Do Is Sit At The Desk On There Phones. If I Could Give Negative Stars I Would. Worst Hospital Ever.
