This was my dog Bentley’s first grooming experience and it went great. He didn’t have an appointment but she was nice enough to work him into her schedule. 🙌🏾 When I got back to pick him up he was clean, soft, smelled good, & was well groomed. She’s so sweet and the price was good. I’ve already scheduled his next appointment. 🐶❤️ If it helps Bentley is a Shihtzu puppy. Thanks Classy Pup!
Lisa does a great job. I am very familiar with the grooming scene because my aunt owns a dog shop and has always taken care of our dogs. Trying to find a groomer in Birmingham terrified me. I had a friend recommend Classy Pup and we have been going there ever since. We have never had a problem. Thankful for people like Lisa, who take such great care of my pup, Georgia, and I never have to worry about her while she's there! 🐕

Lisa is an excellent groomer, and an extreme dog lover. She has raised and shown dogs and carried her passion into her long, successful, career in the grooming business. She volunteers at many rescue events, and has brokered many a rescue herself. I've taken many of my friends and family's dogs to her with outstanding results. Interesting how the occasional guilt ridden pet owner projects their neglect on others, and sours the pot. Lisa does an awesome job! Her grooming skills are amazing! She helped the humane society fix up some really matted dogs.
I have a very nervous and scared little 7 month Yorkie because of her past groomer. Bella Rose is a very difficult baby to deal with. Instead of saying she would not groom her again, Lisa is working with me and giving me recommendation to talk to her doctor about. That is amazing and shows she really loves what she does. Do not pay attention to any bad reviews. I'm hear to tell you that Lisa was in constant contact with me all day and even tho my baby was a terrior, she looked amazing. We will not use anyone else.
