Yikes. Not sure what happened. I’ve been getting my nails done for decades and I have never had this happen. She cut my cuticles several times. Kept bleeding and asked for help. I had to ask for an extra coat because I could still see my nail. My nails were being filed down on the side over and over like sand paper. I politely said you don’t need do the sides because it hurt. Then the paint was all over my fingers. I can still see the old gel color, which is as gray/blue. The gel is lumpy and uneven. Very rough with the drill and left multiple cuts on my fingers I got acrylic nails and they lasted a week same for the gel on my toes..
Wonderful gel pedicure! Great customer service. Excellent and adequate price. By far the most relaxing and long (in the best way like they actually weren’t just trying to get rid of me so they could move on to the next) pedicure I have ever had. I’ve been to the fanciest nail spas where a pedicure is a $100+ and they didn’t do half of the things that Classy Nails did. I genuinely don’t know why they have so many bad reviews. I’ve been here lots of times and I always end up with a great pedicure.
Came with my daughter for pedicures and we were both really happy with the service. 100% recommended. We had Sophia. She took her time and will be back!!
