Do NOT come here for your nails. The pedicure chairs and the storage area for the pedicure supplies were extremely dirty. I honestly don’t believe the tools were properly sanitized because I saw old skin still stuck on the clippers and nippers that had clearly been used on another customer. When they’re busy, they rush through your service just to move on to the next customer. My nails look amazing. My visit at Classy Nails was relaxing and joyful. My pedi and mani were well done.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Me and my friend went in, I got a mani pedi and she got a mani pedi and wanted acrylic nails. We got our pedicures which were fine but then we started our manicures which is when everything went downhill. The nail tech was clipping my cuticles and she clipped to much and I started bleeding, she didn’t do anything about the blood until I said “Im bleeding” and normally nail techs are supposed to be extra cautious when things like this happen so that infection is prevented. It used to be so convenient coming here. However I do have to say that they've lost their touch. I used to get a lot more designs on my nails but for the past year I just stick to a basic polish without any designs added. My last visit, they mixed my polish up. I didn't complain about it. But then this last time my nails were crooked and hardly filed. I can't say that the service is bad... however I'd rather do my own nails or find another spot. Not worth the money spent if the work is not done correctly.
