Never again. I have gone to this salon several times over the years for a simple pedicure. It's never been great, just ok. I was going on a trip and wanted to have pretty nails. My own were long, strong and pretty and I asked for a regular (not gel) manicure. The manager was insistent that pink and whites were the way to go: that would protect my nails, making them stronger and grow faster. I’ve been coming to this salon for over a year and always had a good experience, especially with Hannah until recently. My last visit felt rushed, and my nails weren’t done properly, so I had to ask her to fix them. Then I was charged more than expected, and she told me the tip was already included. I just checked my bank statement and saw I was overcharged by $20, which seems like an unauthorized tip was added. I’ve had to dispute the charge with my bank.
