Yesterday I went to the salon and had a really unpleasant experience. I’ve been a loyal customer of Classy Nails for multiple years now and I’ve also referred others to the establishment as well. To begin, I had an appointment scheduled for 11:30 AM, yet I still had to wait 30 minutes for my service to start after I arrived. This was annoying but I didn’t make a fuss over it. I needed a quick pedicure, and Classy Nails absolutely delivered! They had me in and out in just 20 minutes without sacrificing quality. The technician did an excellent job—my callouses were taken care of, and the polish was flawless. Efficient, professional, and beautifully done. Highly recommend!
these place has been charging my debit card without my authorization. I have not been there at all.
This place told me when I called, hundred of people use other people's credit card information here because they receive hundred of calls informing them they have unauthorized purchases on their account from this establishment. I guess it's a pretty busy joint because they did not want to even look into the appointment time or my card and who was actually getting the services.
