Spent time out of my day to make it to an appointment I booked online yesterday for 7:30 pm. However, when I made it to the appointment with my two girls the lady acted as though she had no clue what I was talking about. (Need I mind you she was still doing a woman’s nails at 7:30 pm.) When I showed her the proof I had a confirmed booking, she had the audacity to ignore it and ask if I wanted to come back tomorrow….If you are from out of town, don’t bother.

My fiancé made appointments for the both of us. When we got there, other people were waiting. Not sure if they had appointments or not but they were taken back to start their appointments and we were left waiting. We waited for over 30 minutes. They finally were ready for one of us so he let me go first of course. He waited another 5 minutes and just didn’t have time anymore as we have errands to run. Why have an option to make an appointment if you don’t have the staff to perform the work OR just not going by the appointmen... read more

They do good work but don't bother making an appointment. They do 1st come 1st serve and will make you wait either way.
