I've been here probably 5 times over the past couple of years and it's always been a good experience. I've started getting my nails done more regularly and think this is going to be my go to spot! The staff is friendly and welcoming. It is very clean inside. Best of all they take their time and do a really nice job. Gel manicure today turned out beautiful. They give you cookies and water when you sit down which is super nice. My wife doesn't get her nails done much due to sports but they always give her cookies and water too... read more
I had an unhappy experience, and still tried to be nice by initially leaving 3 stars and tipping well. The staff took the time read my comment and make excuses instead of acknowledging and apologizing for the attitude of the lady doing my toes. I accidentally smudged the paint and she got angry to the point where other clients noticed, and had to walk away. I was extremely apologetic about it and even though she reacted that way. Ive given this place about 5 chances previously, it was my last resort today in a rush before a flight. My nails are always mediocre at best when I leave this salon, I had to keep asking for them to file my toes straighter and the woman helping me seemed frustrated. I accidentally touched the UV lamp and needed my tips repainted and the woman reacted strongly, seemed super annoyed. It was a 30 second fix. Absolutely love this place 💯 💖 2nd time going and definitely returning. The lady who had done my eyebrows, did an amazing job on the shape and my nails both times, Amazing 😍 Kha and Jessica are great. Very welcoming, friendly, professional and kind.
