To celebrate my birthday with a trip to Japan, needed help to coordinate departure and return pickup service from four different locations on 3 different dates. Hanan at Classy Limousine was excellent to work with making a complex transition simple and seamless. The drivers were professional, vehicles clean. Was “white glove” service all the way! We had such a great experience with this limo company! From start to finish, the communication was smooth and professional. Everything was clearly itemized in the invoice upon payment. We rented the party bus for a concert at the Honda Center to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and they went above and beyond, decorating the bus with birthday decorations and even providing apple cider for the kids to enjoy. We had an amazing experience from start to finish! Communication was fantastic throughout the entire process. We surprised our daughter for her 16th birthday with a party bus pickup from the airport, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The bus arrived on time, was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and set the tone for an unforgettable celebration. Highly recommend!
