I reserved the party bus and received a phone call on the wedding day stating that it was broken down. I understand, some things cannot be helped. I was offered a different vehicle believing it would hold the same number of people for the bridal party. When it arrived, of course it didn’t. We had to pull 2 of the bridal party members and tell them they couldn’t ride and would have to drive on their own.
