I highly recommend this location. Bob was very kind and gentle!
We booked a haircut and a perm with Bob, but he made a mistake and thought we had only booked a haircut. My son had grown his hair out specifically to get a perm. When we arrived, Bob only asked for the name on the booking without confirming the details. It wasn't until I asked him—while he was already cutting the hair—"So, the 30-minute includes both the cut and the perm, right?" that he went back to check the actual booking. 😠 Good grief, why aren't you professional?
