Called and was able to move my scheduled cleaning up due to a cancelation. My second experience with Classy Glass Was extremely pleased on both occasions. I heartily recommend.
It took 2 - 3 weeks to get Brent's employee, Aaron, out to the office to wash our windows. Aaron scratched the windows and it took me a month to get Brent out to look at the window to see what we could do about it. Brent showed up with another gentleman, not Aaron, to claim there is no way they would have scratched the windows. They proceeded to tell me the window was already scratched due to construction not being properly cleaned up.
