This is a great club for me since I prefer a “women only” fitness club as I am in my 60s and prefer this environment.. The staff is friendly and helpful. The ladies I have met are also friendly and very kind. I look forward to the days I go to the club to exercise.
Absolutely love to work out here. The women I meet her are extremely helpful and I'm so comfortable working out here. I use to feel nervous and self conscious about working out but now I can go and do my workout and feel confident about myself and my goals.... Thanks ladies.....
