They injured my puppy while grooming, and didn’t even acknowledge it. They didn’t do what I had asked them either. They charged me $60. I took my puppy to the vet to check out his rash, and the vet agreed it was caused because of the groomer. I showed the groomer this and they refuse to refund me saying they didn’t do it. This place is not worth it at all!! Terrible customer service, and they don’t even try to make things right.
My pup responded well to the staff and didn't panic about his bath, nail trim, and cut. He came out very handsome and the cut is appropriate as it has been 3 weeks and he still looks great. I called the day before for an appointment and got an 8am in the next morning. This has never happened with any other groomer. Their staff was professional and kind.
They are consistently great. My dog looks beautiful and is calm after her groom. I love it that she is all finished in a couple of hours. Love them.
Thank you Nextdoor.com for recommending Classy Cuts. Buddy gets very anxious and the staff was very understanding and patient with him. He looked so cute and had no perfumes on him and was sooo soft! Buddy was was much happier when I picked him up today opposed to the the place we have been using. Thank you Lily and staff!

Love this little boutique dog grooming shop! My groomer, Roshana, is so patient with my nervous little Pom-poo and he always comes out looking very dapper and confident. I give this place 5 Stars ⭐️
I do not recommend Them due to a horrific experience where they shaved my two huskies without my consent. On top of that, they refused to acknowledge their mistake and continuously dismissed my concerns.

All staff is amazing! My dogs, I have three live going there. I am very pleased with their service. One of my dogs gets very anxious which other dogs. The groomers work very quickly and know how to calm down my anxious dog. All Groomers are wonderful!!!
