CLASSY CUTS Hair Salon, Inc. is located on Commercial Ave., in the town of Lowell, IN. The owners of the salon have renovated an older home into the salon. It is extremely spacious once inside with many service stations. I visited for the first time last week and had the privilege to meet one of the shop owners/stylists Dawn.
