CLASSY CUTS Hair Salon, Inc. is located on Commercial Ave., in the town of Lowell, IN. The owners of the salon have renovated an older home into the salon. It is extremely spacious once inside with many service stations. I visited for the first time last week and had the privilege to meet one of the shop owners/stylists Dawn. I came here with my daughter for both of us to get just a haircut and Debbie made us feel at home and gave such great service! I decided to come back today to get my hair dyed. I'm glad I did! Sarah did an amazing job with it! She explained the possible cons of going from a white/gray blonde to a dark brown and I appreciate it. It's definitely not for everyone to do but I do not regret one bit! Thank you for taking me on such short notice and I will be back again! Thank you ladies!
