Just got to the Evans Mills location. Watertown doesn't even give you the bath plan you choose! Watch the light!
The car wash itself is fine and the staff is fantastic and gets five stars, but it’s incredibly disappointing to see a business with its employees like outside in literal negative temperatures and no heathers or protection from the elements for them. Even the Army bothers to provide large portable heaters for soldiers working gate guard. Always majorly backed up due to no license plate readers. Doesn’t clean the car well at all. Vacuums are always clogged and none will work no matter how many you try. Going to cause an accident with the traffic hanging into the road.
I dont think it washes 2 door jeep wranglers very well. The sides barely get touched. Do it at home and save ur money
The staff said their equipment would rip my running boards off if I didn’t raise them (I can’t) and that even if Evans Mills “bends the rules” for us, they won’t do that. I appreciate protecting their equipment, but I don’t appreciate the approach from the assistant. We’ve had a membership since we’ve moved here in March with no issues. We cancelled.
