RecommendedBest customer service by far! I wanted to use the soft touch wash this morning, but they were out of service. The guy was trying to fix them and gave me a free basic wash for the inconvenience!
I went in and didn’t get a very good wash with the laser one so I decided to do the soft touch. It did a bad job and left dirt streaks. I did message them with pictures but never got a response. I will definitely never go back especially because of no response!
Got stuck inside the car wash. Exit door sensor wouldn’t work. Had to call the police for help. Wouldn’t recommend. Zero stars 😭
I used thefirst Laser Washand it pnlyri sed one side of my car. Not very pleased with what I got for $14
1. The change machine wasn’t working so I wound up with $5 of tokens 2. The vacuum machine sucked and I sure don’t mean in a good way! I was making better progress picking out things with my hand. 3. Went through the laser wash and a good time during the wash the driver side portion was barely working. I’d provide a photo with my freshly washed muddy car if I could. Just a terrible experience all the way around.
Just went through the classy chassy in Canadaigua and got a classy bath in the soft touch bay and it messed my windshield wiper up, it won't go down. WTH?! $12 for a broken wiper arm, fabulous...
I'M always happy. It is a bit pricey any more. But beats a hose and bucket especially in the snow.
