I am normally very pleased with this place but today I waited about 45 min in line before pulling into the bay to be serviced. Another car pulled up beside me way after and was able to get in and out before me. I was disappointed also when I heard another employee cussing to her coworker having a conversation. We will see if I return again.
We had an oil change for my highschoolers car done a month ago. Yesterday, her car went into a limp mode, leaving our neighborhood, and when I got to her there was a huge trail of oil leaving our neighborhood where it had leaked every single drop of oil. After pushing it back to our home, a neighbor took a look and there was an obvious bulge from the oil ring being pushed out and the filter took 9 times to even slightly tighten. My new driver relies on this car to get to running start and we now don’t know of there is damage... read more
