Wouldn't Pick Us Up – We called Classy Cab to come and take us to the Airport. We are in McKees Rocks, very close to Robinson. They told me that they don't come out to my area. So I called Yellow Cab, they took me to the Airport and did a pretty good job. Not sure why they couldn't drive me, but whatever, I found someone who would.

Curteous and timely – They are 30-40% more expensive than a normal taxi (although they are still metered,) but they answer their phone, have clean new cars, are friendly, and show up on time. Try doing that trick with Yellow Cab.

Class-less: I got blamed for their mistakes! – At 10:20am I called, told the man on the phone I needed a cab @ 11:30am & gave him the addresses where I would be picked up (5th Ave) & dropped off. He put me on hold, then a (different?) man picked up & asked if he could help me. I repeated myself, we discussed whether that was downtown or Oakland, & he said he'd have a cab pick me up in 20 min.
