ask for a cab at 1pm cab shows at 12noon.......driver said he will return at 1 never did......what good service never will I ever use c.c. and when I was downtown a few days ago c.c wanted to give me a ride I would rather use pat bus then that company

Classy cab arrived late and in a “hooptie” with a friend - waved them by and called UBER...Arrived in 10 min....missed the wedding....Thanks to Classy Cab and our decision to call them....

Totally unreliable. This company does not take reservations. Their poor, on-the-fly operations left my 18-year-old daughter stranded and alone at night in an unsafe part of town for over an hour: Called an hour in advance as requested by the company. They gave no indication of a problem. When the cab was about 15 min late, the company was called and said my daughter’s ride was the next to come up. I called and made reservations two days in advance. The first trip was scheduled for 5:15 pm on Friday evening. It was a short trip but since it was cold we decided to ride instead of walk. The weather was bad on Friday, so I called at 5:15 pm to see if the cab was on the way. The person answering the phone said that he would check and he put me on hold. *Let me start by saying I have no affiliation or family member involved with this company. My car was broken and I needed a ride to work. I was afraid I would be treated to the now infamous "Pittsburgh taxi" timeliness and be late. I called at 8am for a 9:10am pickup. I was on hold for less than a minute, the lady answering the phone spoke clear English and was extremely polite and efficient. The cab was not only on time, but 10 min. early! I paid cash for a cab ride to my doctor appointment on August 10, 2011. The cab company took a large sum of money from my account which was unauthorized. It also resulted in receiving an overdrawn fee of $35.00. Gave plenty of notice for the company to resolve this with having to file a fraud affidavit with my bank. Beware to Amy future consumers. However, the driver, Al was prompt in picking me up and was very courteous.

Didn't want me – I called on a Saturday night in order to use a cab for lift after Yellow Cab once again proved useless. I was told that Classy Cab was better. Boy was I wrong. I was told that they wouldn't drive 'that far' to get me. I live in Regent Square. Regent Square! That's not far out of the city at all. I guess they are one public service that isn't interested in servicing the public. Oh, or making money.
