ORIGINAL REVIEW: Booked a ride on a Friday with Khayia for two separate clients, one for the following Monday and the other for the following Tuesday. One was a regular sedan transport, the other a wheel chair vehicle. On Monday, they completely missed the pick up for my client. When I called to inquire as to why this was they said two drivers had broken down, yet they didn't even call me to let me know. I decided to give them a second chance. HORRIBLE service, and customer service was just awful. Needed the service for a wedding and they showed up 2 hours before the scheduled time. Then they couldn't get a car service out to pick us up until after the wedding. Will never use them again or recommend them to our customers!
Way better that yellow cabs!! CLEAN!! Enough said!!
