Best jewelry store I’ve ever been too! I went in to have my ring (that was purchased at an outside location) soldered. It was a 1 day turn around time and they even offered me a loaner ring for the meantime! When the ring came back they notified me that my ring was actually missing two stones when it was sent off. They replaced them and I was willing to pay for the stones, but the woman working informed me that as a jeweler she should’ve noticed the stones were missing before it was sent off and didn’t charge me for them!
