SCAM ALERT!!!!!! We paid in FULL for a bartender and a backup. I had to file a dispute because they tried to keep the money AFTER they cancelled!!! They called the day of the wedding right before the wedding was scheduled to start telling me both bartenders backed out and I would have no one for the wedding. When I stated we had a contract and they were fully paid already, I was told they do not guarantee their service even if paid in full because they have a "people" business. My husband and I were not thrilled with our bartender. We were told by the company that she would bring the necessary tools to run the bar such as corkscrews, bottle openers, tip jars, etc to the event but when she showed up, she had none of these. She was not personable at all and sat down and texted for the majority of our event. We were scheduled to have her there from 6pm to 10pm but she was nowhere to be found after 8:45pm. Crazy Story. So the original company we booked for the bartenders, servers backed out on us at the very last minute. We googled and found Classie Entertainment Agency. Non of us knew if they could actually help because of the super late notice. Nonetheless, we called anyway, they brought out a full team of professional bartenders and the servers. Horrible! this company called me from a web inquiry - they did not disclose initially they were based in Atlanta. They took a deposit NOT revealing it was NOT refundable. I decided to cancel the service a FULL MONTH prior to my event and only 48 hours after booking. They told me my deposit was not refundable then. I disputed the charge and they said I signed a contract - this is UNTRUE. I think this company should refund my money - they are dishonest in their dealings.

Horrible! I hired one bartender for my wedding. I had to email multiple times to get them to send my venue the liquor license/insurance information. After booking, I heard nothing from them until I finally e-mailed and asked when I could speak to someone. They said that someone would call me the day before the wedding to get detailed information.
