Placed order Dec 18th. Received no email or communication about my order, just a charge on my card. On Dec 22 sent an email inquiring about my order and requested to cancel if it hadn't shipped, left my phone#. No contact from seller. Left messages online and via phone on Dec 26th when they said the phones were available on their website. TERRIBLE Customer Service: I placed an order for a radio for my 1970 Nova, and received a call from a lady accusing me of fraud, she went on-and-on, that her software had flagged my order as fraud, I addresses all her concerns (flags) however she still continued to say that it was fraud and in a very condescending and rude tone she opted to cancel the order instead of finding a solution. Called to order stereo for 1948 chevy truck, they sent one that would have to CUT the dash, umm NO! Called again, they sent stereo saying fit 1948 but needs modified to fit and they charged card again. I had to pay return shipping. Still awaiting refund.....

Originally submitted a review with a substandard rating. I was frustrated due to a lack of communication and follow up from the company on multiple attempts to contact them and had yet to receive a response. Also was concerned about build quality of an item I received. Received a follow up call from ClassicCarStereos.com today and allowed me to voice my concerns on communication and help resolve my quality control issue. I appreciated that.
