I'm conflicted in this review, because the customer service has been great, and 2 of the 3 items (bluetooth dash unit & 5x7 dash speaker) I ordered are also really great...but the Undercover II Speakers are terrible. I don't understand how there are so many good reviews on these speakers. The sound isn't even mediocre. I would equate the sound they produce to some crappy Panasonic speakers you might buy at Walmart for $24.99.
