We chose Evan and Classical Catering for our wedding because we had heard that the food would be good and having good food at our wedding was so important to us. The rumors were true. Our wedding food was AMAZING:; Korean bbq spring rolls; poke bowls; a carving station, even an umbrella with pretzels…everything was done so, so well. Fantastic from set up to take down! Evan and his team were organized and on top of everything- which was such a relief on such a special day. The food tasted as good as it looked. The cocktail hour set up looked very elegant with a bar, sushi station, steak carving…and more! Many, many wedding guests commented on the quality of the food and service. I would not hesitate to have them at our next simcha.
We just had our third party with them. The food was even better than we remember it, and all our guests agreed! They are very easy to work with and don't hassle the hosts over every small detail or expense. Everyone had a great time. Highly recommended for any special event!
We used Classical Caterers for our wedding, and my family had also used them for my brother's wedding the year prior. The food was great and we received so many compliments on the buffet and dinner. The short rib is excellent! Thank you so much to Evan for helping us create a wonderful event.
