Alex was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with tinting an acrylic window for my business. I gave him a call on Wednesday, and by noon the next day, the job was done - quick, professional, and easy. Highly recommend working with him!
I specifically asked for a light tint, but they applied a much darker one. They refused to fix it without charging me again. Totally careless and unwilling to admit their mistake.
I paid for premium tinting, but within a week, bubbles started forming all over the windows. When I called to complain, they said it was “normal.” Very unprofessional and disappointing.
The receptionist was rude, and the technician seemed rushed and inattentive. No updates, no explanation, and when I asked questions, they acted annoyed. Never coming back
