The team at Classic VW was nothing short but amazing. Particularly Alvaro my rep. Honest, upfront and personable. All the things you want. No push sales tactics by any means and willing to work with you to get you what you’d like. Love the 25 ATLAS SEL!
My review is for the service dept at this location. I don’t normally write reviews but I have never had better customer service! Eric and Kevin are top notch and communicate throughout the whole process of a repair or service. They always try to help out with a loaner when they can and overall treat customers very well. Highly recommend if you have a VW that needs repairs or serviced.
Classic auto group as a whole seem to be a pretty solid company. But classic Volkswagen itself is a joke. I work in a repair shop and unfortunately have had to deal with their parts and service department many times because we All know how prone Volkswagens are to breaking. The parts department and the service department are both a joke. So if you plan on buying a Volkswagen I would go elsewhere
Worked with Alvaro and he was great. Very knowledgeable and not push at all. Took time to answer all of our questions and was very helpful. I highly recommend.
*Edited after further interaction* My daughter has a 3 year old Passat and has been having problems with the brakes since it was new. The experience dealing with recurring issues hasn’t been great. VW has been a huge quality disappointment and I’ve now tried multiple dealerships hoping it was a people problem. After a recent underwhelming interaction, I posted a review on Google and Jay asked me to come back to look at the issue. We now have a plan. I can’t say I would recommend the process but we made progress.
