Probably the best car buying customer service I have ever experienced! The team goes above and beyond, very thorough and takes the time to go over information, options, and provide detailed explanations. The follow through and follow up is outstanding - no other care dealership is extending themselves like the team at Classic Volkswagen!
I have to update my previous review because Joe, the General Manager, completely changed my experience. After a frustrating situation with my vehicle, I honestly left feeling like I was just going to have to live with the problems. I wish I never bought a car there. The service department is such a disappointment unfortunately.
The workers are so friendly, kind, and supportive. It was so nice and easy to work with our sales person, Sean. I highly recommend buying a car with him at Volkswagen.
I recently drove from Pittsburgh PA for a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Sahara that I found through Carfax. This is by far the best place to purchase a vehicle, great sales team, financial manager, TAKE THE DRIVE. These guys are worth it !! They go the extra mile and treat you like family.
