I grew up in Lake County OH, so it was easy for me to wander back to look at the VW ID Buzz now that it finally made it to market in the US. It is very cool. I traded in a Tesla S 70D, so my expectations were high. It will take a while for me to get acquainted with all the features, but I am confident in the product and in the dealership. I started with a lease agreement for 36 months, even though I made it clear I would be ready to buy out at the end. As a result, I got 10% off the sticker at the outset. Bought a pre-owned 2023 Lexus UX250h from this dealership. We were very pleased with the service, the friendliness and willingness to work with us. We live in Columbus and the dealership is in Mentor, OH, so it is a 2.5 hour drive and they had everything ready to go when we got there. We were only there 1/2 an hour and then we went home!
