Awesome experience here! I came in a few weeks ago looking to buy a new vacuum. Kyler was super friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. He listened to my situation at home (I have a pet who has severe dust allergies) and took the time to answer all of my questions. I needed to decide between a canister and an upright vacuum, and he explained the pros and cons of different models in a way that gave me confidence in my decision without applying any sales pressure.
