I could not vacuum with my Oreck. I was too weak to use it without pushing with two hands! The gentleman at Classic Vacs rejuvenated my vacuum and it works like new!!!
I brought a commercial vacuum in to purchase a replacement hose, and I was immediately told it could be repaired for less. The young man who helped me took care of the problem in just a few minutes, and saved our school money in the process. He also recommended replacing the damaged cuff with one with a bend to avoid the problem in the future. After much vacuum research, I spent a couple days visiting local stores for a Sebo. I found Paul, the owner at Classic Vacs, to be the most patient, knowledgeable, and reasonably-priced. Paul was the only one there, and he seamlessly and kindly assisted me along with all the other phone calls and customers who arrived (I told him to go ahead and help them). I purchased a Sebo vacuum from them in late July, and they were so incredibly helpful, kind, and informative. The warranty they provided was excellent, too! I will be sure to return for any servicing, supplies, and replacement parts.
