Awesome experience here! I came in a few weeks ago looking to buy a new vacuum. Kyler was super friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. He listened to my situation at home (I have a pet who has severe dust allergies) and took the time to answer all of my questions. I needed to decide between a canister and an upright vacuum, and he explained the pros and cons of different models in a way that gave me confidence in my decision without applying any sales pressure. Classic Vacs is one of those increasingly rare family operated vacuum shops. When I moved to Eagle, Idaho over a decade ago, I traded my Simplicity brand upright for a new Simplicity at Classic Vacs. I had nothing but trouble with it, because unlike my first Simplicity, the new one was loaded with electronics, which made moving from carpet to floor or carpet to slightly lower or higher carpet impossible--the vacuum would simply stop.
