This has been the absolute worst company I have ever worked with. Zero communication. Zero help and took 3k from me. Please avoid this place at all cost if you want to have a stress free enjoyable trip.
What an experience with Classic Vacations. I highly recommend to NOT book with them. They are zero help, zero assistance and extreme frustration. During the month of September 2025, my Wife and I decided to go to Italy for our Honeymoon / Elopment. When we were in Lake Como for a part of our trip, there was a massive Tropical type Storm, flooding everywhere throughout the city where tourists and locals could not even get around. Never again!! No itemized itinerary. The whole bunch of us have never experienced anything like this !
We had a fantastic experience with Classic Vacations in Croatia, but unfortunately, Montenegro was a different story. Note to anyone doing tours in Montenegro - add a few hours to the Classic Vacations listing if you are driving as the construction and traffic are terrible (and I live in NYC). A tour listed as 5 hours turned into 8, with 5 hours of driving and no Scotch tasting as advertised (which we received a partial refund for).
