Classic and our agent misrepresented the bungalow we were paying for. The resort after a day or two were willing to move is by we had already settled in. As for the resort being all-inclusive, the food was horrible, and cold. We had to add unexpected expenses to go and get good and hot food. 200 for a car and 300 for food. No alcohol. The travel agent only gave the hotel our complaints. The manage and butler's were really good. The travel agent seems to not have time for us now. 1 star only because it's required. I would not recommend Classic Vacations based on my experience. What should have been an exciting process planning a vacation turned into a stressful and frustrating experience from start to finish. Communication was inconsistent, responses were often delayed, and I frequently felt like I had to follow up repeatedly just to get updates. This has been the absolute worst company I have ever worked with. Zero communication. Zero help and took 3k from me. Please avoid this place at all cost if you want to have a stress free enjoyable trip.
What an experience with Classic Vacations. I highly recommend to NOT book with them. They are zero help, zero assistance and extreme frustration. During the month of September 2025, my Wife and I decided to go to Italy for our Honeymoon / Elopment. When we were in Lake Como for a part of our trip, there was a massive Tropical type Storm, flooding everywhere throughout the city where tourists and locals could not even get around.
