Does basic bookings and transfers- very confusing info on rebooking /rescheduling. But the worst part is they are impossible to reach. Perma hold- no personal contacts to help during our international.trip. Bascially, they dont care.whats best for timing or schedule, they waste your time and couldnt care less about your feedback or dissatisfaction. You are just as good, doing it on your own.
