back in 2006 i bought a saturn from here and it ran pretty good-i lost it to a messed up engine in 2010 because i didnt put enough oil in it after i changed the oil -i had no significant problems with it except what you would expect from a used car-lady i worked with was cool - I hope the quality of cars and service has not gone down as i have had plans to get another vehicle from them
This was the absolute worst experience with a car dealer ever....I purchased a used car from them but the car was overheating took the car into the dealer to see what was wrong..I had to call to see what needed repaired because they never called me to tell me what was going on..The receptionist proceeded to tell me that they made some repairs and it would cost \$94 but they need to do more repairs and they couldnt give me the car...and I had to rent a car until they found out what else needed to be done..after getting someon... read more
1 STAR cause it dont post without a ratingTHESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUDS & PARASITES !Their Vehicles are a DANGER to Public Safetey.The car purchased should never passed inspection. three of four tires were different sizes, there was spilled oil under spare tire in trunk, no jack, no lug wrench, cables had bare wire showing.SERVICE - SUCKED........STATE OF MARYLAND SHOULD INVESTIGATE !
Classic provides excellent customer service and I purchased a vehicle that is reliable.
The customer service is good, until theres a problem with your car. I bought a car last June and a month after, began having problems. Its a year later and Im still kicking out money for it. I wouldnt suggest taking it back there to have any work done ever. They try to go the cheapest way about getting parts which are sometimes defective because theyre used. Cindy--the owner--seems to try, but I dont think I would recommend this place to anyone else unless you were desperate and even then be careful.
yeah, the customer service is good but the cars are crap!!!!!!! i bought a car last october, by december it was broke down and january i paid 1700 to get the head gasket rebuilt, it is soooo not worth it
