When we went there was no other patients there and my daughter was in and out in 15 minutes. Unfortunately the doctor wasn't able to determine what her illness was from, and he only spent about 2 minutes in the room checking her vitals, and not saying much of anything else. All he did was type, and didn't ask about or listen to what she was saying she was there about. Just prescribed more meds.
Yes, when you call the front office, the ladies can come across as rude and not very flexible, which definitely isn’t the best first impression. That said, don’t let that discourage you from coming here because the doctor is absolutely amazing. He actually listens to your concerns, takes the time to evaluate your symptoms, and isn’t afraid to diagnose the issue and prescribe the medication you need when it’s appropriate. ⭐☆☆☆☆ If I could give zero stars, I would. I am extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism displayed by the staff. It appears that concerns raised by patients are not handled appropriately, and accountability for mistakes is lacking. My daughter was denied service in front of other patients based on an alleged incident. The situation in question was simply a verbal disagreement and was neither threatening nor violent in any way.
