Amazing staff and care! They go above and beyond! I had a co-worker visit this facility. She was admitted to an emergency room. The staff was on top of her care and immediately jumped into action for her medical needs. She isn’t local and is currently down here for work so. she has no family or relatives here. I live 45 minutes south of the facility. The staff waited for me 20 minutes after closing to drive there and get her keys to get her car home safely. Took my mom and it was SUPER unsanitary…none of the girls wear gloves, EXTREMELY nasty and dirty. On top of that the doctor is super rude.
They wouldn't see me because I didn't have a physical insurance card, even though I explained I do know the ID number. I explained that I have been vomiting and have had terrible heartburn for 3 days, but they still would not see me without a ID card. They offered to "call someone" but the offer was weak and it felt like they were not interested in actually helping a sick person, but more interested in making sure they got paid.
