Dishonest owner/operators. The driver of one of the trucks hit me in an accident but didn’t have their insurance information on them because his “boss at the office” had it. I did’t call the police because he didn’t have his information, well, lesson learned. The office manager was near impossible to get a hold of then refused to work with my insurance company at all; long story short, shady business and I had to foot the bill to get my car fixed.
