When I brought my car in, a repair was suggested that would cost $3,500, so I asked for a picture of the part that needed to be replaced because I wanted to pick up my for a second opinion. This was promised over the phone since I’m paying a $179 diagnostic fee. My teenage daughter picked up the car and didn’t asked about the pictures. Over the last week, I’ve now called 4 times, both to my assigned rep and a manager, and no one is returning my call.
This was the best experience with the Classic Service Department in over 18 months. Much improved over the recent past.
Parts/ service area at classic toyota car dealership provided great customer service. Very helpful, listening to my needs... felt takin car of even though my part need was minimal I did not feel undervalued. Staff member Shawn was amazing despite getting busy and needing to multitask....should start a customer service training program.
