I called last week about a failing battery and was told to bring it in, which I did as soon as I could. When I arrived, I was told the warranty wouldn’t be honored because it was two days past the date. If that had been made clear on the phone, I would’ve come in immediately—especially since the battery was leaking and unsafe. I wanted a 2024 white Toyota Tacoma Hybrid with the black out package. The dealerships were just receiving the hybrids. I had contacted multiple dealerships and had a couple of negative experiences. When I contacted Angie Lorenz with Classic Toyota, she was professional, efficient, and didn't play games. Purchasing my truck was quick and easy. I had to drive 4 hours round-trip from Dallas, and it was worth the drive. I highly recommend Classic Toyota and Angie!
