I want to give a BIG shout out to Cooper and Melissa!!! They could not have been more helpful!! They made a potentially horrible, expensive situation. into a manageable issue. Their diligence and skill allowed them to find a mouse in my AC. They removed it and all is well ! Their customer service went beyond excellence. They deserve to be rewarded for their loyalty to your company!
No pics, but they were able to order & replace my taillight cover within 2 days of me calling AND it only took maybe 20 minutes AND it was about $50 cheaper than Baron (the tech) originally quoted me. He was extremely professional & courteous. I used to hate dealing with this facility, but I’ve had very good experiences since they’ve become Platinum Toyota.
