This is without a doubt the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Their people skills are nonexistent. Communication does not happen.
Had the best experience with Lee and Travis. Easily the least stressful car buying experience! They worked well with my budget and once the car was purchased Lee was great at teaching all the bells and whistles. Highly recommend this dealership!
Very friendly, clean and fast
I had a tight schedule for the remaining day when I pulled in to Platinum Toyota for an oil change. I pulled into the service area and explained that I had to get the work done quickly. Melissa in the service department took my vehicle. She said that she would do her best to make it as quick as possible. She did just that and I was in and out to allow time to make my other appointments. Great Job, thanks Melissa!
