Horrible wait times! 3 hours with an appt! for inspection, oil change and tire rotation! Had they informed me, I would’ve made a different appt time! Looked to possibly do a trade in, no salesperson available and the lady at the front desk has a bad attitude. Won’t do business at this Toyota dealership again!
