Best experience I've ever had at a body shop, you would never know the whole side of my truck got caved in. They do a great job on your car and the customer service reps are top notch They repainted our 2015 Camry LE and our friends thought we bought a new car. After that, they replaced the lower front plastic grill because of paint peeling off over time and retinted our rear window and were fast, inexpensive and professional. Marie Wade worked with me every step of the way and covered all my concerns. I highly recommend Classic Toyota body shop.

I had an abysmal experience with the toyota body shop in tyler. After hitting a pole and sustaining damage to the rear driver side door, I brought my vehicle in and was told via email by Gustavo that it would be “two weeks maximum”. As they worked on it they discovered additional damage that required a new part to be ordered so I was told it would be a little longer, which is understandable.
