An example of why you should NOT use this company (one of many offenses): They showed up three hours later than usual. I explained that my six month old was taking a nap and asked if they could try and be quiet. They went to my bathroom and immediately dropped something (sounded like the vacuum) on my ceramic tile floor and woke up the baby. I went downstairs to try and get out of the way. Think twice!!! – I used this service and to my shock an item was broken, and the cleaners were out of the door, and didnt bother to tell me!!!!! I had to run back out and ask what happened. She apologized and said it was an accident. To top it off, my phone calls were ignored and the item wasnt replaced for almost 2 months when I threatened to take legal action. You think for $160 the service would be better!!! Be aware of who you let into your home!! Double check after each room.
