Love this place! People are always friendly and they normally get you in and out pretty quick!
Apparently if they break something they try to cover it up and like to steal from people by making you responsible for it. So glad I was profusely warned about their crappy company before I spent money there. I guess they do such bad work from the pics I have seen the only way they can make money is to cheat people out of it. Shame on you all!
If they break your car you pay from what I'm being told. Not a place I would want to go. If they decide to make it right and fix the mirror maybe a different story but for now they won't fix it and that's not right. I used to detail cars if you break it you fix it period. Come on guys fix the mirror do the right thing!
Terrible customer service duct tape isn't a solution for fixing parts u tear off the customers vehicle... Absolutely unacceptable!
This place and the employees are top notch - my car always looks fantastic when I leave
My friend took her van and asked for them to shampoo her carpets and seats...while paying 100.00...the company hosed out the inside which Short circui her van...so now the van will not run...and this place would not refund her money...nor would they give her the manger name and number...or even say sorry... Beware!! Her van had to be totaled out by insurance!! Beware!!!
