They were able to take my car for a same-day interior and exterior detailing, and it was done in under 3 hours in amazing condition! They were very communicative when it came to picking up my vehicle and my car looked like new! Amazing job!
Poor service and worst staff. Always had an issue with the same guy at this wash .. Attitude is horrible when confronted for issues with their service. They will not hear to concerns . Membership is there but very hard to cancel. No organization around that. When asked to talk to supervisor ,the same guy who is wiping says he is the one and when asked for manager ,it is stated he is on vacation. Left ph number but no one called to rectify situation. I went here this morning and paid $62 for exterior and interior cleaning, which included an extra $10 for wiping leather seats and cleaning mats. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The staff rushed through the job — the entire “interior cleaning” was finished in less than five minutes. I repeatedly had to point out spots they missed, and even after questioning whether I had paid for seat cleaning, I still saw chemicals sprayed on surfaces but left unwiped. I came here under the impression that it was a "HAND WASH" car wash, with that being said I still decided to go ahead with my brand new Tundra praying that I wouldn't regret my decision. In the end it wasn't terrible, it was actually pretty decent. The one thing that annoyed me was that they really weren't clear about what was or wasn't included with the various packages.
