I talked to Sarah on the phone and I knew that this was the perfect person to choose. She is so sweet, knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all of my questions and made me feel very at ease about the whole process. I loved that she also gives free consultations when you come in! She explained to me that Electrolysis is the only form of permanent hair removal out there. The laser doesn't work on hair that is light in color or soft in texture.
