They worked on the original stairs in the homes in the area I live. They asked me to send details and photos of what I was looking to have done. I sent a few different options to get some quotes and the response was "I am just not interested in taking on that project". I guess they don't need work or good reviews.
We went all the way through design and scheduling and at the last moment, he simply said "I am unable to price your stairs at this time" no explanation. We were not asking for anything complicated
